Services Overview
Roger Bullivant offers foundation analysis, consulting and repair for private homes and light industrial structures. Initially, foundation analysis is done through an inspection of the structure and site by a trained foundation professional where an elevation survey is performed, a detailed sketch is drawn, and notes of the interior and exterior signs of foundation movement are taken. Based on this information, an analysis is made and an engineering design is developed showing the location of piles or other remedial measures needed to facilitate the foundation repair.

Foundation repair is a three-step process with the goal to address the foundation movement that causes the ëcracksí. The first phase begins with driving or drilling the piles deep enough to reach a stable layer of soil or rock beneath the structure. The second phase lifts the foundation and attaches it to the stabilizing piles. The third phase provides cosmetic repair to the structure.

What Kind of People Require the RB Solution?
Roger Bullivant serves six types of customers falling into 2 broad categories. For private homes, RB serves either the homeowner directly or indirectly through the homebuilder or structural insurance company. For commercial and light industrial structures, such as apartment and condominium complexes, retail stores and office/warehouse structures, RB provides foundation repair services with little to no intrusion on the business. Retail stores need not lose a day of sales; office workers need not lose a day of work.
